Course Overview
Computers are a primary element of any modern office, so it is important to apply lean tools to this area. In this Lean Computers course, you will learn how to use the 5S methodology to organize the peripheral components of a computer; how to use TPM to ensure that a computer is kept in optimal condition; how to integrate nonphysical and physical assets to enhance efficiency; and how project management software can keep your organization flowing effortlessly.

Great Course
Usually we focus the 5S principles only in physical aspects and forget the non-physical. This course allows us to think that digital processes also have wastes, and should be improved.
