Having worked in an office environment in some capacity for the past 10+ years, Shawna is enjoying finally being able to share the lessons and knowledge she has learned with a wider audience. Since joining Enna in 2009, she has grown into a Lean and Kaizen enthusiast, using every opportunity she can to help others find the passion for improvement that she has.

Shawna has spoken at conferences and events, and is always looking to expand her knowledgebase and learn. She has been with üttana since its inception and works daily with the content team and editors to ensure everything that üttana produces is high quality and ideal for the person looking to enhance their career and knowledgebase.
