This course covers the fundamentals of implementing of a Lean supply chain. This includes a comparison of improvements in production against improvements in logistics, as well as an explanation of how flow is properly utilized within a supply chain. You will also learn how to appropriately plan and schedule, and how to use protocol and decision layers to prevent mistakes.

With this knowledge at your disposal, you will be able to look at your supply chain with a Lean mindset, and start making changes for the better.
