Quick simple course to introduce the key aspects of A3 as a problem solving tool, and how it aligns with the PDCA approach
Good overview of the topic – as is the case with most Uttana courses, this focused on the essence; brief and to the point. Good mix of media to make for an engaging experience.

The information is good but the course could easily be covered in a single video.

a material that easily explained in one session instead of three. Need more comprehensive explanation and discussion into the matter at hand instead just compare it with PDCA. More examples, explanations etc based on Lean principle.
