The concept of “pull signals” is vital for effective implementation of Lean. This course shows how systems of pull signals can be established within a supply chain using a variety of techniques.
“Kanban” are perhaps the most well-known pull signals in Lean. However, this card-based approach is not the only option. It is important to consider the various types of pull signals that are available, especially when working with suppliers who are not practicing Lean. This course will give you the insight you need to choose and implement the best pull system for your organization.
