   Nice, concise overview.
   This course gives a nice, clear and concise view of the 7 wastes. The real-world examples are very good and reinforce the true meaning of each waste well.

   Good explanations and descriptions. Straight forward in explanations. Could put more inflection in voice; slightly monotone.

   Great delivery, relevant examples
   Philip delivers this course in a clear, easy to understand manner. The wastes are well defined and relevant examples are given from various industries.

   Excellent Training Facilitator
   Philip does an excellent job of breaking down each lean waste, with various industry examples. I recommend this training for those just beginning their lean journey.
