The Kaizen Workshop touches upon several key tools and concepts in the Lean and Kaizen toolbox. This course will walk you step-by-step through the stages of a Kaizen Workshop. After completing this course, you will be able to utilize these skills to run your own Kaizen Workshops. Learn which tools and methodologies are introduced, at which point of the process they are introduced, why they are introduced in the order they are, and what each stage should accomplish.

Elements of improvement, such as 5S and One-Piece Flow, are important for building the morale and comfort level of the people who will be making improvements. They provide the support system necessary for success. Beyond the event itself, you will learn how to create to maintain Kaizen momentum going forward.
