Amazingly well structured, demonstrating ease of application and empowering to ignite engagement and commitment. Could be utilized to win over those not yet fully committed and invested in the 3P process. The VoC section was a little dated as it was not fully informed by methods such as Human Centered Design / Design Thinking / Ethnography approaches. A more detailed look at pretotyping (not to be confused with prototyping) would also be helpful to go into a lower level of operational v the high level of structural modeling. Overall however, these a very small grips, truly an excellent introduction to 3P adding substantive value to any lean learner.
